I recently discovered this guy on YT and i find him refreshing

His "2nd Tip" is that he believes that cables act as "equalizers" that change the "tonal balance" He goes on to say that changing one cable to another will "definitely" change and increase the bass.

This seems scientifically incorrect and this gentleman doesn't seem that refreshing.

His "1st Tip" was filled with questionable statements such as "modern amps have lower distortion but don't sound fun". So he's clearly not objectivist and is still under the intoxicating influence of audiophool orthodoxy.

The only thing "refreshing" about his video was the remark and warning regarding the affect advertising has on a publication's or website's impartiality. That's a good point but that's pretty much common knowledge by now.
