I like pop music with effects and very dynamic female voices

Magdalena Bay

Many Italians Do It Better - synth + vocal projects such as Glass Candy and the Chromatics. That label provided soundtracks for Twin Peaks and other film projects.

Laurie Anderson is more a story teller and performance artist using a lot of vocal processing

As already mentioned, Roisin Murphy from Moloko and Bjork are both good tips but my reply would be not so well known Laurie Mayer from Torch Song. I just love the combination of her voice acrobatics and 1980’s synth-pop fx melange. Give it a listen.

I like it, for the various sounds that enter the songs, this amuses me

There's more than you can count in a lifetime.

Portishead, goldfrapp, Kelis, Skunk Anansie, Blondie, Mariah Carey, Kylie Minogue, Christina Aguilera, Toni Braxton, Chaka Khan, Whitney Houston, Shania Twain, Missy Elliott, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Lizzo.

Just to name a few (mostly from my youth).

All depends on how you define "effects" and "very dynamic female voices", and how audiophile approved you want the bands to be.

Chaka Khan (mentioned above) -- yes... quite.
;)

... and I decided not to suggest Janis Joplin, as she may be a bit too affected in style... but she could in fact really, really sing. And she could scream, screech, squeal, and belt, too.
:)

Ok.

Dynamic ... check (from sotto voce to screamo)
Female ... check (a duet actually, give it a minute)
Effects ... check
Pop ... of course, it's Poppy.

If that's not your jam (you asked for something else, QED) I reckon @EERecordist's suggestion of Laurie Anderson was inspired. For her most pop release try Mister Heartbreak including her collab with that Genesis guy (popular in audiophile circles) whatshisname ...

I like most of the music on Mr. Heartbreak. Belew on Credit Racket is great. But take care with the video. The stage performance was a bit ... cringe.

Actually I rate the no. 2 hit single O Superman. It has effects but not much dynamics.

Oh come on, I love that video, it's sooo 80s. :D

But I didn't grow up then, so no cringe. Actually (and the reason I've heard of that collab) my parents saw that tour, in Tokyo. They said it was fabulous. She's astonishingly original and talented. Oh Superman was epic, of course. More recently I really enjoyed Heart of a Dog and Landfall. I should catch up with recent stuff. But not so much what the OP was after is my guess.

And if you liked that one (I did) I expect you'd prefer earlier electro-pop Poppy, not recent metal Poppy:

for me the effects in a piece of music are: echoes, voices, sounds or even known instruments or particular instruments that enter the sound scene of the song.

Isn't that pretty much every piece of recorded music though ?

yes, they all have some effect, but I'm looking for something that has more affect, if are they all like that?
oh then maybe it's not pop that I'm looking for, will it be another kind of music?

No idea.

I'll ask a third time . Have you tried a streaming service? Do a month's trial (often cheap / free ), play and favourite the songs you've already liked listening to and the service will suggest more things like those songs .

Easier than trying to explain your tastes on here . Try Spotify for a start .

yes, I have spotify, but I get lost, I'm 60 years old now, I'm looking for directions here to understand where to start
