I am hearing radio through my system... help!

OK - but I am not sure how trimming the antenna helped?
Unless it was something like a high VSWR that maybe had the amp being non-linear???
Or was the amp overdriven to raise distortion? Because the antenna was mis-tuned?

But, but, but, I already said I was happy with my 'subjective assessment'; yet, I should have stated that I did not have a spectrum analyzer handy... just a bunch of ferrites.
