Das rubbernecken sichtseeren keepen das cotten-pickenen hans in

Hi,

I don't think it's a good idea to run any cable over the transformers of the power supply.

This might pick up excessive EMI. If you have a cable with a 90 degrees plug would be better.
Or turn the raspberry over so the USB is on the right side.

I tried the 90 degree plug but it touches bottom of the aluminum case and would leave a substantial kink in the connector wire.
In any case, the I have to send the Raspberry Pi 5B back as it had a fatal firmware error, so I'll have to wait on a new board.
There is only about 3mm to the top of the case, so if I flip the board it may bump into the lid with the M.2 hat.
Anyway a work in progress, so this isn't the final configuration. ;)
