Hypex Amp Clicking Every 2 sec

I'm putting together a hypex amp and I have done this many times before but this time for some awkward reason when i turn it on, its clicking every two seconds from the speakers and no sound. I've checked the power supply enable, also checked the power jack connections, I know the amp works fine so the only thing that is left is the connections to the xlr inputs.

Does the clicking mean anything specific before I re-solder the XLR connections?

Check around the usual, stray wire threads, etc.
Even better check all the chain with a DMM for DC or strange resistance somewhere.
