Mate, it's fine really, see above.
I read your post. I always knew that Australians were tough, hardy people, but this takes it to a new level. I had those in my bedroom, I don't think that I would ever turn off the lights! From Up Above to Down Under, best wishes and best of luck!

Not only will he total your car... but will pick it up afterwards, crush it then throw it a long distance.

I was doing some field work not so long ago in a peri-urban area and came across some eastern grey kangas chilling in the pasture. Pretty exciting for Sydney so I approached, whereupon the largest male stood and faced me. I realised it was taller than I am and stopped in my tracks. Ok then. There was enough distance, fortunately.

More tragically our assessments and recommendations were entirely ignored and those lands have been carpet-bombed with lucrative suburban housing. Planning in Sydney is pretty corrupt. F*ck that shit, really.

I was doing a ward round in a country hospital and these kangaroos were frolicking in front of a picture window on the ward:

Geckos are tough little bastards, but he lost this battle. Heard a commotion on the back deck (the cat was involved too). Those planks are 4 inches wide.

Reminds me of the Alien facehugger. Let him enjoy his snack for an hour or so, before picking him up (being careful not to detach him from his meal) and putting him gently back in the bush.
Sucked that baby dry.
