Hunting for unicorn mono amp

I'm hoping to find a mono amp that meets these requirements:

• At least 200 watts @ 8 ohms, ideally more like 300
• Good SINAD etc
• Small
• Cheap
• XLR input nice-to-have

So far, I've found that the Fosi V3 Mono meets all these requirements other than power. The speakerpower HTB-700 ticks all the boxes but at $550 is a bit more than I'd like to spend. Same for Hypex NCX500 amps.

I've poked around Amir's reviews a bit, but it's hard to be exhaustive without a comparison spreadsheet or something. Does anyone know of a unicorn I'm missing, or do I just need to decide which requirement to drop?

(Application is a harebrained DIY desktop midbass module idea. Which will probably not integrate well, but I have an itch to try it, hence trying to keep the budget low.)
