Just saw this on eBay, some business must have gone bust or liquidating stocks.

Never seen such a wide range of choices at such cheap prices:

Lot of them have the same colored red background so your guess must be correct.

So many of these are 'parts only' sales. Does that mean they are all broken? Only a few seem tested and OK with tests.
Company must have been rough on oscilloscopes.

It's hard to say, but you should be aware that if you put "Parts Only" in the header (not the description) then the buyer can't return it or open a dispute. So many units that have minor issues will be listed as "Parts Only". If as a seller you don't understand this rule, you open yourself up to buyers insisting on a discount or return for almost any reason. For used, untested 'scopes, it makes sense to list them as Parts Only even if there is good reason to believe there is nothing wrong with them.
