How to search/sort/filter speaker reviews by budget, rating, and year

Hello speaker enthusiasts,

I've been experimenting with the advanced search function and I haven't figured out how to filter for speakers that are in the "budget" price range, and that got a rating of "happily lounging panther" or better. I saw in another thread that the indexing stopped working after the server update and that it's being worked on - maybe this is related to that issue. It seem that the reviewers use the tags in a way that filtering for such attributes would be possible.

Try spinorama.org. I think all of Amir’s data is there and so is a lot of measurements made by others. It’s got some great features including a ranking that can be sorted and filtered.

Apropos of nothing - something I love about ASR is that it's a way to have fun with audio (by reading and discussing) without having to spend any money.

FWIW, I would keep in mind that the ratings numbers are a predictor of what listeners prefer, but that is a distillation (and simplification) of the measurements. Still a good way to separate the good from the bad, and then focus on the ones near the top of the list. But don’t just buy one that gets a 5.4 over a 5.3. It’s more complicated than that.
