I've found quite a few of woofers that have this foam-looking ring on the outside. How would one mount this to an enclosure cleanly (preferably without exposed screws)? Also, assuming that this is screwed attached on the inside of the enclosure, how would I round the baffle edges? Thanks

It all depends on your woodworking skills and tools. I have always done a flush mount.
With the drivers you have shown, flush to the lip of the metal.

Mount them to the inside of the front baffle. If you're concerned about screws pulling out or poking through the face of the baffle use some threaded inserts and bolts.

You would round the edges over using a router and a round over bit or a flat chamfer bit.

It the speaker has a complex shape, think something like FaitalPro 8PR200 and a lot of their coaxials, you make a series of templates that mimic the shape of the driver.
