Hi everybody
I have been enduring a hiss sound( speaker on but music player off) from lantec 5.1 pc speackers for years and it was driving me crazy so i asked chat gpt how to solve , he made me buy
BESIGN Ground Loop Noise Isolator, Buzzing Noise Filter, then Plugable USB Audio Adapter Adds 3.5mm(USB sound card (DAC )i beleive) it changed nothing.
It then pointed out the edifier mr4, 250 dol which I bought and just received and could return. They have less Hiss noise yes but still I would like less. Plugging it in the usb plugable did nothing.
JBL 305P MkII speaker with its internal amp( 280) is then what he recommands me
0) would this setup have less hiss than the mr4? Certain? Mostlikely? Not or more hiss?.
-----
it then says that passive speaker have less hiss. And suggests, me fosi audio v3 mono(189$) with One
passive speaker or fosi v3 with 2 passive speaker. I then tell chatgpt that i have an 20 old jvc JVC UX-T1 Micro Component System( 2 speakers 8omh 15watt each that only are connected to the central part with 2 tiny wires so probably passive. See picture
He tells me that i could use a fosi v3(not mono) to plug them and it is not sure if it would be less or more hiss.
1)What do you think?
.2)Which of those setup have less hiss than the mr4? Certain? Mostlikely? Not or more hiss?
3) or other suggestion around 250 -300 dol
-------------
-my pc is elitedesk sff 800 g1
-What is written behind the speaker is ux-b1005, part no vg ss005 -11, power handeling capacity 15w max. Victor company
thanks
