HI,

I have read the review and measurements of the WiiM Pro. Mine had teething problems on arrival and I'd love to measure it in the digital domain only, to see if the measurements match those done here. I have a PC, a mac, REW both ands the streamer. Could anyone please advise as to any other equipment needed and the steps. the steps. Thanks

A Hifime UR23

and the steps. the steps.
Connect WiiM->Optical->UR23->Computer, then stream your test signals to the WiiM and record the result via REW on your computer.

In REW, make sure that you're using Java EXCL, not regular Java, and make sure that you're manually matching the WiiM's output sample rate in the REW Soundcard menu.

To follow up, can REW measure noise and SINAD and Jitter?

Thanks

if in the digital domain and in the idea of comparing to the measurements presented here...not pertinant...(not because of rew) , (but will give you an idea of "if broken or not"..)
(also not strictly speaking sinad or jitter measurements presented here in digital..not really sens)

Or use this silly guide for starters:

Make sure no calibration file is used at your inputs.
