Look on line (Amazon) for the 4.4mm to 4-pin XLR adapter.
Get 4.4mm balanced cables for your headphones.

I converted my Grados to balanced by installing 3.5mm sockets in each cup, then adding a Meze "silver" 4.4mm cable.

I do not recommend plugging in any un-balanced adapters to the 4-pin XLR as you my short out the balanced output stage.
Something like this?

I found this, it may or not be correct:

Or I found this as well:

I make balanced headphone cables and one thing I would recommend to focus on as well as sound quality is build quality, especially with 4-pin mini XLR plugs.
I get asked to repair so many of these it's comedic.
I make sure my terminations are anchored and fast so that they will last a lifetime as not all cable-peddlers put as much emphasis on build quality, even some of the most established brands out there.

That cable mentioned earlier looks a lot like my own 'Curious Cranium'.
