how do I know which stream or which dac can bring the most accurate sound from music studio to consumers' speaker

Does the buffer amp output of dac matter?

I am thinking of ak sp3000m which built in 4191eq and 4499ex switch resistor dac not delta sigma

some streamer with dac can be very expensive and some of them are quite reasonable like cary dsm800 and ever solo a8

does it really worth to spend the big money for just d/a conversion and streaming audio from handheld device to dac via wifi network

the internal hardware of dsm800 look more complicated than a8

Amir has measured quite a few and has even placed them in order from good to really atrocious, I would start there.

Generally no. “Bit perfect” streaming is achievable at a very low price, and DACs generally sound similar to almost identical due to almost all the differences being beyond the range of human hearing. So a WiiM is likely to sound exactly like a $20k audiophile DAC (all else equal) and measure better. Measurements are more than sufficient to make the purchase decision in streamers and DACs.

There is a long thread on this site about the “Do DACS have a Sound Signature” that will provide thousands of variations on this ancient and silly claim of audible DAC differences, along with angry but accurate rebuttals from members. Basically you can hear a broken DAC, and some post-conversion filter differences are just barely audible. That is it.

Buy a DAC with decent measurements and the features you need. As @Purité Audio says above, there are hundreds measured and reviewed here.
