How should i set up my monitors in this room

Hi everyone i want to start treating my room with some panels and bass traps. I am starting to take mixing and tracking vocals more serious then ever. This is the room I have and now I see I have not gave the height 2540mm. I would like to talk to an expert about how to arrange my desk and monitors but i can't afford that. The panels and traps i will make them but i do not know exactly what to go for I've seen bass traps triangle shape and I have seen square shaped ones as well the depth for bass i am thinking 16 to 20 cm for the mids and highs i am thinking a 10 cm panel with a gap between the wall would be fine but I am not sure. The floor are wooden panels and the walls are made of bricks the ceiling is concrete. The monitors i have are yamaha hs5 no subwoofer but i want to get one in time and i am thinking of yamaha hs8s "i know it's and overkill for my room" for the vocal tracking I do not want to build a boot but panels that I cand move around as needed. Please if anyone can sugest on how I should arege all this and roughly tell me how may panels I need i would be really grateful.
