How much will cardioid Genelec W371a improve my audio?

I would second the person suggesting to instead go immersive. Which is what I have been doing. For me I have started to enjoy that more than stereo.

Obviously this assumes

1. your room can handle hanging speakers off the ceiling and wiring can be done
2. You use apple music or another service that has multi channel audio
3. You figure out how to drive all that, it's hell if you want to stay all digital (see other threads about audiocontrol Hyperion or the AES/ebu/Dante thread)
4. You have space for yourself to sit after all those speakers get jammed into a small room.

How many channels are you running? I doubt I could do much more than 4.1 in my Genelec listening area.

It solves a room mode and offers a new spatial experience--just curous, what more would you expect?

I am at 5.1.2 right now. Will go up to 5.1.4 maybe sometime later this year. Roughly a 12ft x 12ft room

How much are the height monitors adding for you? are those 8331a's?

I could get a 5.1 system together possibly. Is there a processor that will do that (5.1) digital AES/BEU? I probably can't get any height speakers.
