How much audio processing does the brain do?

If we compare the human brain to a DAC chip, what kind of high/low resolution can it achieve; bit depth, sample rate and amount of jitter wise?
...Assuming a good power supply, a good clock, good sync, good implementation.

What DAC type are you? Did you take measurements?

This may be so but the same problem as with the WWW arises: how to frame the question.

I can believe it. The issue I suspect is not the memory but getting access to it.
