Why do you insist on the 100Hz xover?Your FR suggests that it would better at 80Hz where it would also correct the dip and peak there with some experimentation.
Please help us understand how that would be different than what he started with in the first measurement posted on page 1 of this thread.

The frequency response of the Revel M 126 Be sound stage link , drops off from 100 hz
Hence crossed off at the above

I used a 80 hz ,12 db roll off for mains & subs to start with and the results were sub optimal
As explained in initial posts

First measurement had very different slopes.
I would suggest to keep everything as is in the last and lower xover to 80Hz.
The sum of mains and sub there might do the trick.

I will give 80 hz a try

The minidsp SHD sub outs are currently connected
1 one output to front right sub
2 second to front left sub, sub out from front left to rear sub

I am going to switch this to
1 One out put to front right, sub out from front right to front left
2 Second sub out from minidsp shd to rear sub

This may help time align the subs better
I will first sum the front subs, dont think they will need much time alignment, then I will time align the sum with the rear sub

80 vs 100 hz xo
decided to keep the 100 hz xo

Todays calibration

Rewired the subs, so that the rear sub gets a independent out from the minidsp, the idea being better time alignment
surprisingly, no improvement with time alignment, hence left it untouched
