Higher output headphone dongle/amp w/ PEQ and Bluetooth for Fosi i5

Looking for a higher output headphone dac/amp dongle with peq and Bluetooth.
The Quedilix 5k shows up in research but was kind of meh performing as per ASR review. The PEQ functionality is widely praised. Output is 250mw balanced. Based on my informal testing, that is the low end of what I preferred listening to.
Fiio btr17
Output 650mw in desktop mode which I hope I can replicate with a portable power brick.
320mw in portable mode.
Bluetooth 5.4
10 band peq.

Any others people recommend?

Only if you care about such stuff or wish for “perfection on paper”, it is not “meh performing” in my opinion but I don’t own bat ears
