HIFIMAN Sundara + DAC?

Since my last post I have been recommended the HIFIMAN Sundara by another mixing engineer and after looking at reviews pretty confident I'm going to buy.

I am looking for a DAC / Amp (not sure what will be best or whats out there for what I am looking for) to power the headphones. I will need either XLR or TRS out in order to send signal to my monitors (M-Audio BX5s). I have also heard that EQ'ing the sundaras really makes a difference. Budget £100 - £200 (Preferably lower end of this but not crucial)

Any suggestions will be helpful !
