Another bright mind from the golden days of Hi-Fi has left this plane of existence.
I only came to know this man's name in the last few years familiarizing myself with the MOFI catalogue, reading about his contributions. And watching some videos on the inception of his work with ATI and Studer on their R2R pickup and playback heads.
I very much like (most) of what I hear coming from the mfsl library and I imagine their sound is large and in part due to this man's direct work.
