Help with speaker location in remodel

I'm trying to determine what to use for speakers and am especially having trouble determining which model of Revel for in wall / in ceiling, and what to do about a rear right speaker.

I'm currently thinking:

W363 for in wall, with the W253L for the center, but all the MtM reviews I've seen have been not good.
C363 for in ceiling (4 speakers)
HSU sub I'm reusing.

The room is 16' long and 40+ feet deep (see attached diagram).

So again, any strong thoughts on a different speaker? Any thoughts on what to do about the missing surround speaker without having to put a large speaker there?

Too bad there aren't a bunch of cheaper rivals configured like Focal 1000 IWLCR. You might be able to do w363 for the center too.
