Hello,

Such a great website, excellent reviews. Found it while searching for integrated amp/streamer with phono preamp.

I have Kef q4 speakers and i need an amp to drive them. I like vinyl so i would like it to have a phono preamp and i would like streaming option also. And if it can be a time machine and do all that for 1000 euros :) i guess im asking for too much.

Kef q4

Type:3-way, Bass-reflex

Frequency response ± 3dB 42 - 27000 Hz
Nominal impedance:8 Ohm
Amplifier Requirements:15-150 W
Sensitivity(2.83V/1m):90 dB
Maximum output(SPL):111 dB
Midrange:130 mm(5") Uni-Q with 19 mm (3/4") HF
Woofer:130 mm(5")

After 2 weeks of searching, reading and watching youtube reviews, im not even sure what i want/need anymore :) do i want all in one or separate amp, streamer, dac and phono preamp? I would also like it to not take too much space… since i dont have too much space.

So the budget is 1000 euros, maybe i could stretch more a bit.

I have looked at:

Marantz M1 - doesnt have a phono preamp
Rotel a11 mk2 - not a streamer
Yamaha as701
Yamaha rn800a
Musical fidelity m2si
Bluesound powernode
Cambridge audio cxa81
Audiolab 6000a
Wiim

And a few others… everytime i find something i also see something against it in some review or a reason not to buy it. Feels like i could search for a device forever. If you have any recommendations and suggestions it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
