Hi,
I'm quite new to the hifi world, so please bear with me.

I've looked at the reviews on this site (thank you !) and decided on ASCILAB F6B speakers. Now the question is - what next do i need ? i thought that i'd need just an AVR, but apparently there's not that many (recommended) and within my budget.
So should i buy the components separately ? from what i understood i'll need an AMP, PreAmp and a DAC, right ? is it possible to get them all in one device (that would be good for my needs based on this forums's reviews) ?
i've heard about AMPs with PreAmps or DACs with PreAmps - but i'm finding that there's tons of nuances with every choice.

I basically want to start with Stereo speakers and later add a subwoofer. (maybe more channels in the future, but i can live without them).
I'll be mostly using my TV (Samsung QE-55Q80T) for entertainment (i don't have a gaming console or another pc, so TV is pretty much it, although i might have a console later).
And ideally, i'd like to control the sound with one remote (TV's if possible).

Please help me out with gear selection (based on recommendations on this forum) and simplification of everything, as much as possible.
I'd like to fit into ~500 Eur for the AMP, PreAmp and DACs (or just one device if possible). If something is really good, i can go up to 700. But i'm not an audiophile and probably won't notice very subtle differences. I just want a high quality sound in my house :)

Hi @qwezxdfs! Welcome to ASR.

The WiiM Amp Pro/Amp Ultra is what you're looking for.

It's a single-box solution, plugs into your TV via HDMI, and supports volume control via the TV remote.

It supports room correction which will improve sound quality considerably, and can be expanded with a subwoofer and surround sound speakers at a later date, should you wish to.

Lastly, with the WiiM you can listen to music (Streaming, Radio, local files via USB or UPnP), without having to turn on the TV.

The WiiM will switch inputs automatically, as well as go into/out of standby automatically.

I'd second this recommendation.
Either of these (I have both) are objectively good regardless of price, as long as you don't need more power. Also very simple and intuitive to use.
Add a nice sub in time and you have as good a system as it gets!

Just note that multichannel support in WiiM devices is relatively basic, so an AVR would probably be a better choice if that is important to you.
For stereo content WiiM Amp Pro / Amp Ultra are great.

In case you find it useful, here's a link to comparative measurements of both, and another to a listening test.

Even if you want or need more power, simply add a poweramp of your choosing, and get ready for a real blast.

As a source, those are easily good enough for all practical purposes, plus the advantages already detailed here. Really good "bang for your buck" that can hardly be improved upon at all.
