Help with biquads for Revel M106

Hello! I'm redoing my father's media room as a gift to him. I've recently upgraded him to a MiniDSP Flex HT and am integrating a pair of Revel M106s with a pair of SVS SB1000 Pros. I've just run out of EQ blocks and would like to use biquads in the crossover. My understanding is that I have 8 total biquads and a LW24 crossover will cost me two biquads. This leaves me with 6 biquads left for EQ.

Having downloaded the minidsp biquad spreadsheet, I will have no problems generating the EQ biquads I need. But the crossover has proved to be a bit more challenging. I do not know the F and Q of the Revel, nor do I know how to setup the spreadsheet (e.g. Q) for a 4th order crossover at 60hz (yes - it's a low crossover, it's not a great room and that crossover helps me achieve the target and crossover frequency I'm using).

I'd be very appreciative if any forum members could help me out with this.

Thanks!

You can get a LR4 filter (either low-pass or high-pass) by connecting two 2nd order Butterworth filters in series. 2nd order Butterworth filters have Q = sqrt(1/2) = 0.7071.

[Edit] I wouldn't worry too much about using exact LR filters for subwoofer cross-overs. You'll need to EQ later based on room measurements.

Thanks for the info - much appreciated. It was a crucial piece of the puzzle. So was being in the right tab of the spreadsheet. Turns out I was getting all turned around because I was in the Linkwitz Transform tab not the correct crossover tab.
