HELP: THX AAA 789 + GSX1000

as said i use the thx789+su-8 at the moment, i´m new to audio and wonder if i should use 32bit 384000hz(probably best?) or the default 32bit 44100hz or maybe something completely different like 16bit 44100hz(probably worst?)?
can somebody pls tell me the pro´s/con´s of best and worst?
i have 30days trial on tidal up, so i can test whatever u guys recommend
