Help Needed — Bricked Topping E30 II after Firmware Mistake

Don't know about all y'all, but I love intuitive technology like that!
At now I’m in the same situation, topping e30 bricked, Not recognised by Windows 11, dfu mode on display. I’m trying with zadig and dfu-utils on Linux. Device listed on ls-usb on Linux. But no guide to force firmware injection. If someone could help us… topping unic solution is send device to repair. I contact thesycon for assistance because they provide the generic software and drivers to most of brand that uses xmos interface. If I’ll have success in this operation I’ll post the procedure to solve this issue. However Is a mistake to not put a check on vid/pid before updating process. Its a very damage for users

Topping answer is: “If you would like to repair the firmware yourself, we can send you the firmware chip. You will need to solder and replace the firmware chip on the main board. Please also provide your machine's serial number so that we can send the correct firmware chip version.”

You just need to replace the chip in this position.

Honestly: Pretty pragmatic solution from Topping. Yes, you need to solder. But if you know how to do it (or know someone who knows how to do it), this is definitely quicker and way cheaper than sending the device to china and back. I hope it works out for you.

It's still bad that you are able to brick the device during a firmware update. That should never happen. It should have a basic bootloader to recover from a failed flashing attempt.
