Hi Everyone,

I would really appreciate some practical advice in choosing an amp...
Source: WiiM Ultra (so, unbalanced output)
Output1: B&W CM4 x2 (4.4-8 ohm, 90dB sensitivity, 50-150W power handling)
Output2: active sub, plugged into the WiiM -- I need to control the volume from the WiiM to keep the sub in sync, so I don't particularly need volume control on the amp

I've been using a Marantz PM8000 (95W into 8 ohms), but I'm looking for something that has 12V trigger input (for wife-friendliness) and is a bit smaller and less conspicuous (for the same reason). I would be willing to throw up to 500 EUR at the problem. Even though the room is 50+ m2, I don't remember ever turning the volume on my Marantz to more than halfway. I would guess that 95W proved to be more than enough for my purposes (assuming the watt figure remains comparable over 2 decades of amplifier development).

Here are some of the options available in my region (east-EU):
- Topping B100x2 at 620 EUR total
- Fosi V3 mono x2 at 350 EUR total
- Topping PA7/PA7 plus at 400/500 EUR
- Topping PA5 II/PA 5 II plus at 200/250 EUR
- Audiophonics MPA-S250NC at 480 EUR

Did I skip over any of the meaningful choices? Considering my system, would I ever realistically notice the difference between these options and something like a Topping LA90 or B200x2 at twice the price?

Thanks in advance!
