I am always struggling to do it correctly - is there a "how to"?

It follows the most standard way possible, you can copy the image to the clipboard and paste it right into your post. I just opened your dropbox in chrome, right clicked Copy Image and then could paste it right into the post. I will leave that to you. You might be able to go back and edit your original post with the dropbox link too.

Click the picture symbol , and add picture .

Or use snipping too to make a snapshot of whatever is shown on your screen- left click the snipped area in Snipping tool-hold down Ctrl +C to copy, place cursor in post and do Ctrl+V to paste. Easier to do than read /write

Thank you all, now adding a picture works indeed. For some reason, it did not work in the past when I last tried it, and then I never tried it again...
