Hi!
Owners and experts how to disassemble DENON DA-310USB? Is there a firmware?

Denon DA-310USB stopped outputting audio through 6.3 jack and RCA connectors. Version of DriverSetup_v3.0.0 for Windows 10 x64.

I cannot reset as in the description in the picture.

I am sending you a screenshot, it shows that the Denon DA-310USB device is configured connected to the PC and receives a digital signal. There is no sound through 6.3 jack.

Sometimes it turns off by itself. On the PC, it receives a signal only through DirectSound and WASAPI, in the screenshot you can see the signal is coming, but there is no sound through the 6.3 jack headphone jack. The ASIO driver does not see the audio signal, it does not work.

On the reverse side, I unscrewed a metal plate with 15 bolts. The top and bottom aluminum covers are screwed from the inside and are not accessible. How to disassemble? I need your help.

I am not sure how to disassemble, but did you eliminate the incoming digital signal as the problem?

I would probably try another source like a CD player, throigh one of the digital inputs.

If you are set on disassembling, can you post a couple pictures of the sides and bottom? Sometimes things snap together. Sometimes screws have feet glued on top of them. Hard to tell from the stock photos.

I tried all the connection options before writing to the forum. I connected a SONY DVP-NS900V QS CD player and a Sound Blaster X-Fi HD sound card. Does not receive signal via SPDIF and Coaxial no sound. I'll post a photo of the sides and bottom, but this will not solve the problem. Not everything is as simple as it seems.

There is a connector for software firmware. In the photo there is a designation of contacts, you can see not all the plastic spacer bothers I can not crawl. There is definitely no Reset contact, I would short-circuit two contacts and a reset would occur.

It's a Denon/Sony in assembly design and will be straight forward to service. Lots of #2 Phillips screws etc etc. The feet go into the left side/bottom.

The screw is not available for twisting.

Not sure what you are trying to achieve but it appears that the rear panel must be removed and that requires removing the top panel and then one can access the main PCB.

You don't know how to read carefully. See the photo.)
