Help choosing between Fosi K7 and SMSL DL200 (both €180)

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to decide between the Fosi K7 and the SMSL DL200. Both are available to me here in Europe for around €180.
My setup:
Amp: Yamaha A-S301
Speakers: Focal Theva 1 (bookshelf)
Headphones: Sennheiser HD560S

• I really like the look and OLED display of the Fosi K7, plus the tone controls are a nice touch.
• The SMSL DL200 seems to measure extremely well, with balanced outs and ESS implementation.

My question:

• Will there be any audible difference between the K7 (AK4493SEQ) and DL200 ( ES9039Q2M), when used as a DAC into my Yamaha/Focal setup?
• In other words, beyond features and looks, will either one actually sound different in practice
  

Any advice from people who’ve tested both, or who know these devices well, would be much appreciated.

No, the DACs will deliver identical audio performance. Decide based on features, design and price. Simple as that.

The DL200 does have a significantly more powerful headphone output, though (1.5 W vs. 0.18 W @ 32 Ohms on the Fosi K7). If you plan to use headphones which are difficult to drive and/or low impedance, that would be something to consider.
