Interesting beast, but seeing that Hedd provides absolutely no measurements, and this is the same price as the KH310, this is a very tough sell. On the other hand, ICEpower amps are a nice touch and the bridge is a nice idea.

They are good, in all honesty all you would probably ever need, very neutral/transparent, with enough adjustability to stuff them anywhere.

Type 30 was measured extensively in an anechoic chamber by a third party. Not spectacular, but the designer posted here before saying the on-axis response is not representative because it was optimised for smooth listening window averaged over an area (like Revel).

So the seemingly similar designed Neumann KH310 without any visible screws in the wave guide would not be professional?

Not sure I would call them beautiful, they sound good though, using them with the new RME ad-2 dac, Quboz from a PC.

Does anyone know why the linearizer thing is a plugin, instead of builtin like Psi's offerings? Since I'm on POSIX, I can't use this, which is another reason for me to choose the Neumanns.
