They sound great without EQ and Peace seems to work fine too when I manually tweak and with other headphones. But as soon as I put in anything close to that preset things sound extremely off to me. Maybe my head and ears are so far from either that target or measuring rig?

Double check the values you copied into Peace. Filter should be peaks and check Q slopes.

How are you guys like yours a couple of months later?

Absolutely love mine since the first day I got them during the first pre--order batch. Loved them so much decided to get their big brother the Heddphone GT 2. Both are astounding headphones amongst a good collection that includes Focal utopia 2022's, Dan Clark Expanse and Noire X, Beyerdynamic DT1990 Pro MKII, Hifiman Isvarna, Aune SR7000.
