Wow. That's a wall of sound in the making! 26 speakers. Only 574 drivers to go and you'll have this:

Seriously though, they do look like they'd be easy to knock over, perhaps they need a cable to the roof to secure them.

I bet they do sound awesome Keith. :)

‘Hedd’ is Klaus Heinz’ new loudspeaker venture, formerly Klaus was the founder and chief engineer for Adam loudspeakers.
The Hedd ‘Tower Mains’ are full range studio monitors , they are an all out
‘State of the Art’ design , modular in design, they consist of the main TM80 unit, which is combined with either one or two TMS36 bass units.
Each TMS consist of four 8” drivers in a sealed enclosure.

Wife who to be fair has been pretty lenient up to now, has now reached breaking point, I have to sell horns before ‘looming towers’ take up residence , ( frowny face)

Keith , having them in the lounge are you now having to sleep in the spare room? Can't see any woman allowing them in the house but I love them.

Bet they sound awesome.
Thomas I think they might be right up your street, I haven’t heard such convincing drums, explosive sounds are explosive !

Are they still very excellent with just the bottom two boxes per channel? i.e. one subwoofer box per side?

And what DAC/Pre are you using with them?

They are most excellent with just 8x8” bass drivers!
I suspect for most rooms at ‘normal’ volume the one module will be more than enough !

The ‘Main Towers’ really are superb, I don’t believe you could want more, of anything , no ‘lineariser’ plug in available for them yet though.

what's the purpose of them in a living room of human scale?. Going deaf as quick as possible, get the envy of the neighbours, fall apart some close house, impress some woman?.

To hear whether many ( 16x8) multiple bass drivers ( four upper mid/mid ) create a more dynamic, uncompressed sound and because I can.

" Because I can " ah ah brilliant response. These things look brutal, have you measured the room response yet ?

There you go, completely flat no EQ, just some Modex panels in the room, the room isn’t perfect and I have to use the Illusonic with the horns which are still at the other end of the room.
