I want to buy for Christmas new gaming headphones. I would like to give a chance to wireless ones which I never used, but if there's a very good wired to use with my G6 amp is also ok

I care a lot about :

sound quality (also for music)

good 7.1 surround

and long battery

good mic

Budget 200 flexible

Make your budget flex to include an Audeze Maxwell in the Black Friday sales as you find them for £220/€230\$220 Xbox/PlayStation/PC versions, you will not find better

Probably the best sounding gaming headphones in the world. I'd also go for this one.

379 euro here in Italy.. no Black Friday sales :(

Do you all really recommend the no Dolby Atmos version of it?

Dolby Atmos for headphones is a stereo signal so the headphone doesn’t matter as long as it does stereo.

You have a lot of headphones that would do the job for gaming already, the Beyers are pretty decent, and could buy a separate mic or a mod mic. If you really want a wireless set with a built in mic the maxwells are very good and sound good for music too.

I can't justify buying another set of headphones just for some casual gaming with my son, so I've ordered a boom mic to fit my Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Over-ears which are sitting gathering dust in a cupboard...

This will fit a lot of other Sennheiser headphones with the locking 2.5mm connector (HD 560S, HD 620S, etc.)

Well this is a bargain upgrade for my old Momentum 2.0 which were basically sitting in a box unused. I have no problems driving these off the front panel jacks on my PC and the mic quality was excellent when I tested with Audacity. Nothing else is using the on-board audio, so I have PEACE switch eAPO to the Momentum 2.0 over-ear EQ when selecting the front panel output with Audio Switcher.
