I bought some Creative Zen Air Pro TWS IEMs and have been using this Android app. It is a music player and allows you to turn on and off SXFI while listening. (I like the IEMs, but I am no expert.)
One must map one’s ears using the app and phone camera, then select a supported or generic headphone. I used a mirror to take the photos.
For me, the SXFI processing moves the soundstage from my ears to the front and slightly higher. I like it with much pop music. With heavy metal, not so good - I suspect it is adding more distortion with more complex music. Also lower sample rate MP3s were bad. With classical music: Bach Cello suites, Fournier (solo) - SXFI preferred; Beethoven Symphonies, Barenboim - SXFI not preferred.
It works well with the supported Zen IEMs. With Soundmagic E11s on generic IEM setting, I did not like it.
If you have supported headphones, I recommend you try it: a free download. This is a partial list of supported headphones, but there are more on the app: https://support.sxfi.com/en/articles/2514882-what-headphones-work-with-the-sxfi-amp
