Headphone DAC + Amp for Beyerdynamic DT 770

My current setup is: an external Creative EMU 0202 sound card (connected to a laptop via usb), Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 80 ohm headphones, Edifier MR4 speakers. I want to change the Emu 0202 to an DAC + Amp bundle, since it doesn't have enough power. What can you recommend?

When you also need an ADC then get the Topping e2x2 and youre done. Best cheap option with a good headphone out, DAC and ADC.

Thanks. Will it be better in sound quality than the Emu 0202? Is there enough power for the DT 770?

More than enough power for any DT770.
Perceived sound quality of the ADC and DAC is similar to EMU, Focusrite and Behringer,
The Topping is technically a bit better in performance than the outdated EMU.
The most notable (huge) difference is in the headphone out.
This is really poor in the EMU and the e2x2 is THE best (in this budget) for external soundcards, where headphone out capabilities is concerned, there currently is.

The Motu M2 has 'better' DAC and ADC but has a very low power headphone out. So does the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (4th gen) and Behringer UMC202HD.

And if we consider Amp separately as the same Topping L30 II or something from SMSL + DAC, will there be much difference?
