Headphone amp below $75?

I need some help finding a headphone amp for a movie watching setup. My wife and I have different volume preference and use different headphones so I need to get 2 amps to allow us to have independent control. Since I'm getting 2 I'm a bit bound by price. I've got a L30 for my desktop setup and love it but two of them are $300 which is waay too much money for how frequently we watch movies.

Here's the must haves:

• single ended output ~> 500mW at <32ohms
• nice / easy to use volume knob
• single source input

Here's the nice to haves:

• rca input over 3.5mm
• single ended output ~>1W at <32ohms
• gain setting
• line out / pass through (opposed to a selectable or mutable pre-out)

Here's the don't wants:

• bright led's
• balanced I/O,
• dac
• battery
• bluetooth

From battery powered portable one's which could do take a look at Topping NX3S if you still can find those and price is right even you said you don't want batteries.

Closing thread. Solution was buy 2x L30's used for $75 each.
