HD 660s AMP/DAC TOPPING DX3 Pro+ ?

Hello,

I'm new to the audiophile world, I recently acquired the Sennheiser HD 660s, I'm looking for an AMP and maybe a DAC. Do you think that an AMP is enough or a DAC could also be a nice upgrade ?. I plan to read music on Tidal via my Macbook Pro 15'' 2012.

I'm thiking about the TOPPING DX3 Pro+, a AMP/DAC combo. If the DAC is not necessary, do you know a better AMP in the same prince range, than the one in the DX3 Pro+. I live in Europe, I might not be able to order everything.

Do not see any negative issues with going with the DX3 Pro+.
Should be as good as anything else in it's price range.

I have the DX3 Pro+ and the HD 660s. They work great together. No issues and sound good.

You may want to upgrade your Macbook Pro, however.

What is wrong with the Mac? Just old? I use a 2009!
