My favourite device for listening to synth-based music is a Galaxy S10e as the sound is just so much better on it than anything else. The bass is much punchier, the soundstage is more immersive and less center-front oriented, and quieter elements of tracks seem to be brought up a bit. I don't have the EQ, Dolby Atmos, Adapt sound or any other similar settings enabled, so it likely has a hard coded DSP.
Has anyone with the equipment and skills to do so managed to reverse engineer this DSP so I can get this unique sound on other devices?
I know that wanting a coloured sound goes against the spirit of this forum, but I like to use the audio devices that sound best to my ears, with measurements being a visual way to see what I'm hearing specifically and make buying decisions, and everything that a DSP does should be measureable, unlike things such as the soundstage of a pair of headphones which we don't have a reliable way to measure yet.
