Has anyone had the same problem or found a fix?

Hi,


My SMSL DO100 sometimes stops playing sound, especially when I switch to a new video or audio stream.


Usually, restarting the DAC fixes it. But sometimes I have to reinstall the official driver, and a few times I had to do it more than once.


I’m using Windows 10 with the official driver.


Has anyone had the same problem or found a fix?

Are you sure it's not a Windows issue, like a USB power-saving kicking in, or even a poor connector? I've had the the latter and fixed it with a squirt of switch & contact cleaner in my ancient laptop usb, which is is connected to a Topping DX1(which been impeccable).
