Good evening,

I am currently in the middle of buying my first hi-fi setup, and I was about to pull the trigger on a Cambridge Audio CXA81 MK2; however, I ran into the review on this site, and thought it might make sense to explore other options first.

So far, I found a good deal on a pair of KEF Q950 speakers and bought them, and then I bought an SVS SB-2000 Pro subwoofer.

My particular use cases are:
- DJ (house parties). I have a Xone 96 mixer (balanced XLR outputs).
- TV (netflix/etc)
- Karaoke (wife/family)
- USB (PC audio)
- (optional) bluetooth

For DJing, having no latency is important, so the inputs to the device should be analog.

For TV, I am guessing that I would run optical or coaxial out, into a device.

For Karaoke, I am thinking YouTube for audio/lyrics, and a wired mic through my mixer (I have a Shure SM7B). I'm guessing I'll have to run the output of a laptop/phone with YouTube through the mixer as well, so as long as the device supports balanced XLR inputs, it should probably be fine.

I am wondering if there is any particular hardware recommendations under $1600 CAD (either integrated or not), that would be a much smarter buy than a Cambridge Audio CXA81 MK2?

Thank you!

Just following up on my message - I pulled the trigger on the CXA81 MK2, and I am very happy with it.
