Has anyone purchased one of these and had an issue with it not working? Then try to contact them via email and never get a response? Well, besides me?

I have it connected to my laptop via USB cable. Download the Windows driver. It played for about 10 seconds, then nothing. Tidal shows me "Unknown error when selecting device"

What firmware are you running? Have you tried the F20 firmware.

I have no idea what F20 firmware means. What is firmware and why do I need it to make this thing work? I changed from my expensive silver audiophile cable to the cheap one that came with it and it works now for the most part. It still occasionally has fits and the music will start then stop, start then stop...
