Those are BNC 75Ohm connectors. Left one is SPDIF input but I have no idea what for is the right one.

Actually , left falls under the "output" label along with the coax, optical etc. Right, next to USB / ethernet must be input then?

Yeah, not a fan of this "3 box before you get to analog" lark. So you NEED a DAC with it and they would like you to buy a clock box thing too.
