Grimm claim a -30dB drop in bass distortion , motion feedback was pioneered by Philips of course back in the 1970s.

They are Seas drivers I think. Joseph Audio -- from the look of it -- seems to use them same driver.

So whats your take on them keith, comparing all three speakers?

The 8Cs are out on dem, can I compare Kiis and LS1s today and get back to you, it is going to be tight fitting all three in.
The LS1s are set up at a 45 degree angle crossing just in front of me , they have a setting in their software for either 30 or 45 degrees.
It wil quite interesting to have all three, especially when you consider the pedigree/ancestry of the Grimm/Kiis!

Any notable differences? And did you compare the KII with the bass module?

Aaron, yes Kii with BXT, same room same source using Roon to A/B.
The Grimm’s are the outside pair so the image is wider, bass from both is excellent, really need the 8Cs back to compare.
‘Wandering’ by Yosi Horikawa sounds extraordinarily good through both.
