Bad customer service is something I really hate. It takes SO LITTLE to communicate with a customer and let them know what is going on. Any business that can't give you the most simple communication should be hounded out of business.

he did respond about this interaction I believe on that a circle site. Of course his response to the events is very different. That oh gee soft spoken down home talk fools a lot of people. He can’t defend himself here for the obvious reason he can’t prove any of his so called improvements.

What exactly does GR Research mean (especially the “GR” part and why is the name pretentious? When Ifirst heard the name, I thought it was some kind of motorcycle tuner or similar business.

Also, what does “OB” mean in the context above?

The G in GR Research is Jeff Glowacki, the person behind Sonicraft who is the importer of the sonicaps DR sells at very high prices. I do not know if they are still partners, but I find it fishy that the only place you can buy these capacitors is from GR or sonicraft directly.
