Got Yacht Rock?

I wonder if the video clip below is from that documentary? Donald Fagen, Steely Dan doesn't have much good to say about that term; Yacht Rock. :D
He has been a d bag his whole existence. It really doesn't matter how talented someone is i just matters what kind of person someone is. And he is a d bag.

I'm a bit of a sucker for polished guitar virtuosos. A little 80s aesthetic makes it even better. ;)
What can you call it in the video below? Soft jazz rock, soft fusion, yacht jazz rock fusion?

That song, the guitar playing, the arrangement reminds me of something, but what?

OT
From the same Italian guitarist in the video above, I recommend this album::)

What do you mean? Hard to deal with? Stubborn with his perfection? Grumpy? That's not what I consider to be a d bag.
If so, it's just the way he is and if that resulted in what he created then I applaud it. :)

Not all people can go around being sugary cute. We would all get diabetes if that were the case.

Yes who cares what he is or isn't like? I just listen to his music, I don't hang out with him.

The wife and I have been in love with Yacht rock forever. The band Yachtly Crue was amazing live, and have a huge cult following. The jokes about Michael McDonald and Chris Cross aside, you can't deny great music that everyone knows.

Yes, it's from the documentary. I think any music lover, especially anyone who grew up in that time period, will enjoy that. Watch it.
