Just wanted to check whether there is any issues (mostly quality) in the above configuration of using the Google Chromecast as streamer into the TV which goes into the AMP?

The idea is to use the GC as WiFi streamer, which should send a digital signal to the TV Optical Out port, which should then be used as input into the Optical Input in the CM and, finally, its AUX output be used as Analog out to the AMP's RCA input.

Anything wrong in the above?

Chrome cast is limited to 24 bit 48 kHz audio and will resample everything to that rate. Other than that, it should be fine.

I'm not able to find the numbers you mention. Can you assist me in confirming this?

Thanks.

Why do you need the CCA to connect to the TV?
