Is your scale calibrated to a known reference though?.

Yes but I wish we could see actual locations/countries, so we could come up with some theories.
...However...does UK still use lb?...Canada...?
Somafunk on point - you'd be surprised how scales vary.

Only three countries are still not metric: the USA, Liberia, and Myanmar.
Although Canada is officially metric, if you tried to tell someone your height in metres or your weight in kilograms you would get some funny looks in return.

I mean, you would if we weren't too darn polite for that sort of thing...

But how many stone is that? Congratulations by the way. I’m slowly working my way down, too.

:) Good, I'll remember it now. It was just some vague memory of reading that market sellers in London had refused to change, and it wasn't all that long ago.

I must admit, I still think of height - of people - in feet and inches. With "6 feet tall" being a sort of reference point. Even though it changed more than 50 years ago.

It was Covid-14 for me, but my scale isn't calibrated and I haven't controlled for any biases, so it's really a more subjective observation, like my pants being tight.

Why is this? I just don't understand. Surely the logistic L that needs to be eaten can't be THAT costly for a transition?

No dummy, that's the three countries that still execute children.
