I had an issue also, but not long after getting it so they paid for shipping. I suppose I can't fault them for charging on shipping on a used amp. They seem very accommodating but being a small company there is a limit. Good of them to cover the repair. One company I can think of wouldn't cover repairs on a used unit.My Geshelli Erish, after working just fine...now turns in seconds on /off ... on /off in a loop ....
I emailed them, since I bought it used here in Europe it will cost minimal 50 USD in shipping, if not more… they fix it, but I have to pay for shipping both ways.
